Delivery & Returns

We use PAXI, which is the most convenient, affordable and reliable way to send parcels but it doesn't do door to door deliveries. you have to collect it at your nearest PAXI point (any PEP store). It takes 2 to 7 days business days for orders to arrive after getting shipped. Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
